Welcome to Nanny Monique Organization (NMO), a non-profit organization based in the South Province of Rwanda, in Huye City. Our organization aims to reduce poverty and empower youth and widows in Rwanda through technical and practical skills training. We offer various projects, including teaching sewing, wood carving, pressing oil, and milling grinding, to provide essential skills for self-employment and fight against youth delinquency, drug consumption, and unplanned pregnancies.
It’s More Than One Person’s Legacy
NMO was established to honor the legacy of Monique Ladosz, a Global Outreach International missionary, who passed away on September 2, 2020. After Monique’s passing, a group of young people she had helped decided to continue her work, and they established NMO. Our staff consists of passionate individuals dedicated to our mission, and we have made significant strides in achieving our objectives.

What We Do
Nanny Monique Organization (NMO) offers various projects that empower youth and widows in Rwanda through technical and practical skills training. Our projects include:
Teaching Sewing: We help local young people who don’t have the opportunity to continue their studies to get technical and practical skills in sewing. Most of them are coming from poor families or are orphans. They get enough technical and practical knowledge in sewing to achieve self-employment.
Teaching Wood Carving: We help young people to develop themselves. They get skills to make sculptures of different shapes.
Pressing Oil: We created this project to help our organization in everyday work. We press sunflower seeds to get sunflower oil.
Milling Grinding Machine: We created this project to get maize flour to feed our students and to help local people get good quality of maize flours and other cereal flours.
Our Mission
